Without question, the best broker we have worked with in 25 years of buying and selling houses. It was more like having a professional advisor or consultant than a broker. Her approach to the market analysis was well though out and in depth and her deep knowledge of the Mercer Island market in particular was really useful. Her advice was practical and grounded and she presented us with clear decision points with the cost benefit of each side. We had some tricky agents on the other side of both of our transactions and Kelly handled them masterfully. On a few occasions we found ourselves saying "I wonder how she got them to agree to that"? I didn't learn until sometime into our relationship that Kelly also holds a law degree and this came to the surface several times where she expertly guided us around some hot spots and gave us good direction on things that needed our attorney's review. All of her contacts from staging to yard work were timely and outstanding. I wish there were more stars to give because she and her team were remarkable.
