Furthermore, I am a lifelong resident of Bergen County where my children have attended the local public schools. My personal knowledge and connections in Bergen County are immensely valuable to future buyers and sellers. My Weber Group team includes two buyers' agents, an administrative assistant, and a social media and email marketing coordinator. This involves preferred mortgage lenders to pre-approve buyers or an onsite consultation of a seller's home to determine the current market value. A large part of their community service is directed to the community's Senior Citizens and Veterans. I have my SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist) certification. This enables me to be the expert resource to seniors whether they choose to "Age in Place", downsize to a smaller home or move into an Adult Community. I am a board member of the Senior Citizens Advisory Committee of Oradell. The Weber Group is also interested in giving back to the community and is involved in local charities, schools, library, and town associations.
