Kelly has been nothing but incredible and professional to work with. I needed assistance when it came time to downsize my grandmother to a smaller retirement community. Kelly was there to answer every question, provide guidance, and advise on best things to do to the home to prep for sale. Kelly was always available to assist whether it by by phone call, email or text. Kelly even provided a referral to a local agent since the home was located out of state. I would highly recommend Kelly to anyone needing assisting during the home buy or sell process. I would be very careful in considering using Kelly and her "teammate" Kathy to sell your home. They are great at making promises and terrible about following up on them. Their "marketing plan" was basically to put it on the MLS, throw a sign in the yard and wait to collect the commissions.Kelly and Kathy suggested a price point/strategy that would lead to the house selling in a very short amount of time, with multiple offers, or so they said. The house was listed at $30,000 less than the appraised value and in the month that they represented the house, there were no offers. So, the next strategy was to lower the price more, putting it further under the appraised value and now less than the tax value. Still no offers nor was any other marketing done on the house.I terminated the relationship base on their non-existent results and the lack of effort to sell the property. Shortly after going off the market, I received a handwritten note from a realtor whose client had been in the home and wanted to see it again. She reached out to Kelly who didn't even have the professional courtesy to let me know there was someone interested in seeing the house again. That clearly demonstrates the lack of consideration and that Kelly just didn't care.So be careful of the promises made and know that they probably won't be delivered on.

Ms. Watson was very patient and agreed show us multiple homes outside of her usual territory. She was very patient with us while she helped us find the home perfect hone that meet our unique requirements. Once we decided to make an offer, Ms. Watson walked us through the process and presented us with information to help make a reasonable offer. While the negotiations were pretty intense, we were confident that Ms. Watson was more than capable of representing or best interests. All of the service recommendations Ms. Watson made (attorney, home inspector, etc) turned out to be reputable professionals and exceeded or expectations. She even agreed to meet me at the home for the final inspection at 5:30 A.M. to accommodate my work schedule. Finally, Ms. Watson stuck by our side and helped us get some large property that was left behind by the sellers even after the closing date. Her dogged efforts and persistence helped resolve an issue that could have ended up turning into a huge headache. I cannot thank out recommend her enough. Thanks, Kelly
