We were very lucky we got to work with Kelly Warren in selling our home in Northampton in January 2022. My husband got a job offer and we had to make a quick decision to move from Northampton, Western Massachusetts to California. We came to the realization that the whole selling process will take few months to one year. Then, we met Kelly at the end of December in our home and from the first conversation, we realized that she was very knowledgeable, straight forward, practical, and nice which made us confident in hiring her. Kelly really listen to my interests and concerns and subsequently reined me in when I wandered off to inappropriate properties. The only regret I have is that, when bidding on another property, Kelly asked the listing agent (Phil Pless) if there were other bidders, he then responded in the negative. Thus, when I was finalizing my bid, Kelly suggested we NOT include an escalation clause to meet higher bids. Then, some time later Kelly informed me that the property was sold for the asking price!!!! That was a complete, frustrating surprise to both of us .
