As a Lender, myself, and after working side by side with Mr. Kelly "DunDeal" Vessels I can tell you he is truly a one-of-a-kind Real Estate Agent. Kelly will fight tooth and nail for his clients to get them into their dream home as scheduled per the contract. Kelly is very thorough and held me and my team accountable throughout the entire transaction. He's very responsive and will do whatever possible to create a smooth transition for his clients while jumping large, long hurdles behind the scenes for all around him. 5 STAR and Highly Recommended in my book.

What can we say about Mr. Vessels? Only that he is the greatest real estate agent that we have EVER had the pleasure of working with! There were many unforeseen circumstances during our transaction, and Kelly was there every step of the way, most times already ahead of the game. He maintained excellent communication with us throughout the whole process and even took calls from us after hours for questions and concerns we had. To be honest, the experience felt to us like we were working with an old family friend. There were often times we felt overwhelmed and discouraged and we were ready to walk away from the deal due to outside hindrances (it took 3 months to close), not because of our agent or lending team. Kelly always stepped in and encouraged us to stay focused and on track because he knew as well as we did that this was our dream property and that we would regret walking away. This man knows what he is doing in this line of work and is an absolute professional. He will fight for you and work hard for you to ensure peace of mind and that you find exactly what it is you are looking for. He won't let you settle for less than what you are looking for in your dream house or property. He will do everything within his power to get you the best deal possible. We cannot put into words the gratitude we have for Kelly and for all the hard work he put in to get us where we are today. We met Kelly over a year ago before we were truly ready to buy land. He helped us define what we were looking for, which people to talk to about the buying process, and just gave us great information and direction throughout our first search into buying some land. Most real estate agents we talked to just brushed us off when they found out that we were not yet pre-approved. Not Kelly, and that is why a year later we came back to him to buy land. He was truly the best to work with. He always took the time to explain everything, gave us outstanding advice, and proved that he really cares about his clients. It was like working with a long-time friend. I could not have asked for a better experience with a real estate agent. Not only can I recommend him wholeheartedly, but I am also recommending my parents work with him to get their house sold. #DUNDEAL!

If I could give 10 stars.. I WOULD! Working with EXIT was a great experience. Mr Kelly Vessels walked us through the entire process and was extremely detail-oriented. He thoroughly explained what we should expect; and what would be expected of us in return. Kelly was able to get us 28 offers in only 4 days!! Closing was quick and smooth. Kelly was truly a blessing for me in my search for a home. He made everything extremely easy and as simple as he could. Considering this was my first home buying experience he made sure I was well informed with everything I signed and the direction we were going. I really felt as if he went to bat for me day in and day out and always had my best interest at heart.
