Kelly is an amazing person to work with. I am a single parent that has no knowledge of home ownership, he was so patient with me and answered all my questions. He walked me thru step by step the differences of homes and the benefits as well as the down side to certain things that I may not have even thought of. The reason that I mentioned that I was a single parent is that he had my son's needs in mind when we were looking for my perfect home.
