I have worked with Kelly several times. She is very responsive and even though she may be busy with another client she will acknowledge your call texting you that she is unable to answer at the moment but will call you as soon as she is free. Looking at prospective houses, she is ready with the paperwork giving all the details of the house the seller provided and also information about the general area. I have purchased two properties with her as my realtor. The first was land in a subdivision. She was able to answer my questions regarding the HOA, perks, etc. Purchase was very seamless. The second was a home we planned on moving into. Before closing there was a big storm with heavy rainfall which caused the barn to fall down. She was very helpful in the renegotiations with the seller and also providing the status of the removal/tear down of the barn. Kelly has never had this situation happen but she was able to communicate with us the status consistently and keep the process moving even though closing was delayed. I appreciate all her work through the unusual situation and when I plan to list or purchase another property Schmidt Realty is who I will call.
