Kelly is by far the best realtor I have worked with (and I've tried out quite a few)! By the time we found her, we had all but given up on finding a realtor we liked. We had even created a fake email address so that we wouldn't have what basically amounted to spam coming in to our normal inboxes. The realtors we tried working with before Kelly were extremely pushy and didn't listen to what we wanted. They'd constantly send us listings that were either considerably above our price range or didn't include things we had said were non-negotiable (like a flat yard for our dog and kids... I can't tell you how many agents tried to sell us houses that felt like they were on a cliff). Kelly took all our information and found us houses that matched exactly what we were looking for; even calling the listing agents for more details before sending them to us. She was never pushy but remained diligent, eventually finding us our dream home. Kelly was always easy to get in touch with and ready for our last-minute requests to see properties. She answered probably about a million and three questions for us. When we found our dream home, Kelly worked to get us quotes for any repairs needed during the due diligence period. She offered us the option to shop around but was also willing to set up the repairs herself. She has quite the rolodex of contractors, plumbers, electricians, roofers, appraisers, loan officers, etc, and each one has excellent reviews online as well. Overall, Kelly took so much stress away from searching for and purchasing a home (while I was in my third trimester and toting around a toddler as well) and made the experience enjoyable. She'd better still be working if we ever decide to move again!

Kelly was so great to have as my realtor while selling my Atlanta Condo. She helped me find the right price to list the place at and made recommendations on what I should do to help the place shine prior to selling. She made the entire process smooth, helping to explain all the documentation to me at every step in the process and mitigating all issues that arose during the escrow period. Because of her we had a smooth, on time closing. I would definitely work with Kelly again on future purchasing or selling!

Kelly was incredible in everything she did to help us upgrade and sell our home. She consistently went above and beyond throughout the process. Her knowledge of the market and the things that would help to sell a home quickly could not be beat. While selling our home she helped our son become a "First Time" home buyer, and watching her address the challenges in a very competitive market was amazing. I would strongly recommend Kelly to anyone looking for a realtor. She's the best!

I can't speak highly enough about Kelly. She is on top of every single step of the sell process. Plus she has terrific ideas regarding how to improve your home for sale. I highly recommend Kelly....and I don't do that very often.

Kelly was simply amazing to work with, I highly recommend working with her. We purchased our house with Kelly and it was simply the easiest and worry-free experience! This was our first time purchasing a house and she made everything seamless.
