Kelly is by far the best realtor I have worked with (and I've tried out quite a few)! By the time we found her, we had all but given up on finding a realtor we liked. We had even created a fake email address so that we wouldn't have what basically amounted to spam coming in to our normal inboxes. The realtors we tried working with before Kelly were extremely pushy and didn't listen to what we wanted. They'd constantly send us listings that were either considerably above our price range or didn't include things we had said were non-negotiable (like a flat yard for our dog and kids... I can't tell you how many agents tried to sell us houses that felt like they were on a cliff). Kelly took all our information and found us houses that matched exactly what we were looking for; even calling the listing agents for more details before sending them to us. She was never pushy but remained diligent, eventually finding us our dream home. Kelly was always easy to get in touch with and ready for our last-minute requests to see properties. She answered probably about a million and three questions for us. When we found our dream home, Kelly worked to get us quotes for any repairs needed during the due diligence period. She offered us the option to shop around but was also willing to set up the repairs herself. She has quite the rolodex of contractors, plumbers, electricians, roofers, appraisers, loan officers, etc, and each one has excellent reviews online as well. Overall, Kelly took so much stress away from searching for and purchasing a home (while I was in my third trimester and toting around a toddler as well) and made the experience enjoyable. She'd better still be working if we ever decide to move again!

Kelly was so great to have as my realtor while selling my Atlanta Condo. She helped me find the right price to list the place at and made recommendations on what I should do to help the place shine prior to selling. She made the entire process smooth, helping to explain all the documentation to me at every step in the process and mitigating all issues that arose during the escrow period. I cannot say enough positive things about Kelly Rosen. Kelly is no mere realtor, she is a real estate concierge! She helped us buy our house in Milton in 2016 when we were newbies to Georgia and then helped us sell that house and move to John's Creek in July 2018. Kelly handles literally everything, which for busy working families is a God-send. She helped paint, brought over shower curtains, patched a carpenter bee hole, you name it. We were in contract so quickly on our house that we hadn't even started looking for a home to buy. We ended up with a short window to find a house or have to move into a hotel. Not ideal with 2 dogs and a 3 year old. Kelly saw every house in our target neighborhoods--easily 50 houses---in a window of a few weeks. She would set up appointments at a moment's notice. We ended up finding our dream house on the last day we could get in contract on time. Kelly juggled coordinating the inspections and other contractors we needed to come out to evaluate the house. Kelly had been very diligent when we were selling our house and made sure we knew that if we didn't provide the correct costs on the disclosure for the HOA fees and initiation that we were responsible for the difference at closing. This unfortunately happened to the seller of our new house and they had to pay an additional $1,000 at closing to us. It's just another way that Kelly is looking out for her clients. Following our closing, there were a number of items the seller had not cleared from the inspection. Kelly set up all the appointments to get the items fixed. Also, she remembers everything and is extremely organized. If I wasn't sure about something, I'd just call Kelly as she would have written it down or she would find out. I wouldn't work with anyone else if we have to move again.
