Kelly was the most integral piece to our home finding puzzle. Not only did she communicate above and beyond, from every aspect of the process and the information from lender, inspectors, seller, etc., but she has shown her dedication and compassion for her clients months after the close of escrow! We were relocating from CA to CO after finding our dream home in Loveland and during that whole transition, Kelly was amazing in providing insight and recommendations for lawn care, utilities info, resources for wellness checks since our home was vacant for months and even communicating with our neighbors on our behalf! Kelly made it a point to check on our house periodically and report back to us any findings she thought would be beneficial. In fact, it was her proactive nature that alerted us to an issue regarding overgrown weeds in our front and back yards, that had already triggered a Code Violation Notice and HOA involvement. Luckily, thanks to Kelly, we were able to get that resolved in time to avoid any issues. Kelly has become a great friend of ours and we have never had the pleasure of working with anyone as dedicated, articulate, communicative and trustworthy. Kelly Renz is amazing! If I could give her 10 stars I would. I didn?t have a realtor to use at the time so she was the realtor of the sellers in which she became a transactional broker. Many people told me to be careful of this because of being bias? I met with Kelly and knew immediately I could trust her and she would be fair and represent me as if she was my own realtor. She is extremely knowledgeable and the next house I buy in colorado I will be using Kelly. 10/10 I would and will refer Kelly to all friends and family!
