Our realtor, Kelly Raia provided us with outstanding service throughout the years helping us find and select tenants when we were renting our place, and especially with selling our condo. She worked beyond and above anyone could expect beginning with helping w/ finding a painter to touch up the condo, inviting a carpet cleaning company, advertising, working with the escrow, and much more. Due to her diligence we were able to receive some additional discounts as she stayed on top of the things when escrow experienced some difficulties. We listed our condo in October and escrow was closed in November, due to her hard work. She responded fast and was extremely helpful and reachable beyond the hours through the whole process. She was always available to answer our questions and even stayed on the phone with us through the whole process while we were signing papers w/ notary in another state. Kelly was awesome. I had a very specific set of requirements for a home, needed rv parking 2 car garage, specific area and a specific price range. Was not easy to find by any means however she did it. We got a house that had been on the market for like 8 hours. And only about a few weeks into our house search. She was always so quick to respond, answered all my questions and gave solid recommendations, me being a first time home buyer didnt know a single thing I was doing but she always was there to help. She was honest when we looked at houses and I wasnt just a sale to her, some houses she would admit she wouldnt recommend me getting because of issues or whatever it would be. We met Kelly Raia at an open house she was hosting in Sun City Anthem. She impressed me that day as someone who has very good knowledge of the Henderson real estate market. She is both genial and professional and in our experience she was totally reliable in assisting us with our purchase through every intermediate hurdle and deadline. She accepted our parameters for our search and provided us many leads that werent apparent in internet searches. She didnt waste our time trying to up-sell or show us houses that didnt fit our parameters or budget. She also adapted immediately to our evolving requirements as we learned more about specific home styles and about Henderson. She managed the purchase offer and counteroffers well and successfully lobbied for other concessions from the seller throughout the process. Our current residence is in Washington and we werent present for much of the purchase process but Kelly ably represented us and handled little details that we couldnt. She connected us with a good lending company that was quick to approve our conventional loan. Our purchase closed well ahead of deadline, 23 days after the contract was signed, including coordinating several repairs paid for by the seller. As other reviewers have said, Kelly is a stickler for detail, as is necessary in this business, and she responded quickly to our queries no matter the day or time. I have already recommended Kelly to a friend of mine who is moving to the area this year. I dont imagine we will keep this home too many years, so we will look forward to having Kelly list and sell it for us when the time comes.
