Our realtor, Kelly Raia provided us with outstanding service throughout the years helping us find and select tenants when we were renting our place, and especially with selling our condo. She worked beyond and above anyone could expect beginning with helping w/ finding a painter to touch up the condo, inviting a carpet cleaning company, advertising, working with the escrow, and much more. Due to her diligence we were able to receive some additional discounts as she stayed on top of the things when escrow experienced some difficulties. We listed our condo in October and escrow was closed in November, due to her hard work. She responded fast and was extremely helpful and reachable beyond the hours through the whole process. She was always available to answer our questions and even stayed on the phone with us through the whole process while we were signing papers w/ notary in another state. We could not ask for a better agent than Kelly! She is approachable, transparent, and easy to work with. We recommend her highly.

Kelly is real detailed oriented and very proactive. She was phenomenal at keeping us updated and making sure that all parties involved were well informed. She was fantastic with follow up. She was very attentive to us from the beginning when we sold our home up until the day we received our house keys to our new home. She was always available to answer questions and was very prompt with obtaining a response. She was very informative and always gave us good advice. She is very knowledgeable of the market and of all procedures required to sell and buy a home. Kelly is awesome!! She is someone you need by your side when looking for a house. She was always looking out for us to let us know about listings we may be interested in. She was always patient and stuck by us when we thought we couldn't find our home. She was always quick to respond when I had questions. On the early stages of house hunting- we had some hiccups along the way but she really goes above and beyond to get you to your goal. I am very much impressed on her attention to detail when closing escrow. She handled what needed to be done and was on top of things which is a great quality! I appreciate that.
