Kelly Peterpaul is the most excellent realtor, she will take care of you from start to finish. For us, she scheduled a professional Stager who had fantastic recommendations of how to rearrange some furnishings, what should be removed, what should be placed in the garage for the time being. She took photos of of each room and wrote a very thorough multiple page report for my husband and I to go through. Kelly knew that starting with the stager will produce good results. Then Kelly would follow up with us to see how were doing ask if we needed any help, then she has a professional photographer come and take the photos for the listing. She placed an ad in the community magazine that comes out quarterly featuring our house. Right away she made sure that we didnt have any open permits on our house. She guided us the whole way, recommended the moving company we used and a removal company for our trash. She wrote a wonderful description for our house that went into the listing. She set up the app for our showings, which we had 30 in three days -And multiple offers all over listing price! It was much more work involved in selling your house than I had thought and I'm so glad we had Kelly Peterpaul representing us.
