My wife and I have been considering buying a condo in Sun Valley for many years. About four years ago we noticed an interesting property for sale in Hailey. Kelly's sign was in front of it so I called her. The property had been sold, but Kelly took my contact info and since that time she has stayed in contact with me via newsletter/e-mail. The newsletters have always been filled with detailed information about the Sun Valley market and I enjoyed reading them. However, over the years we kept deciding not to purchase a Sun Valley condo for many reasons, travel, family and social commitments among them. Then, Covid hit. Our life style was greatly impacted by the virus and the reactions to it. Rather than mourning our former life style, we choose to create a new one, starting with a Sun Valley presence. So I called Kelly to help us.Sun Valley is a very unique market. And during this Covid period, it is very much a seller's market. Kelly's knowledge of the market and the impact of Covid was absolutely essential for us. She knows the market ups and downs and how to navigate through them. She was always in contact with us and responsive to our questions. If she didn't know an answer, she always knew who to call to find it. And she would call immediately. She also knows all the vendors in the area and referred us to them. This will be very helpful to us because our condo needs some updating. Our purchase was a bit of a whirlwind process, mainly due to the "hot" market. Kelly was calm, trustworthy and prompt in guiding us through this stressful time.
