The tankless water heater in our new house was located in a spot that the inspector wasnt certain about but the seller assured had been approved by the city. Kelly set up time for a plumber to come in and confirm but in the meantime she researched tankless water heaters herself! We honestly were shocked that she spent time doing that! Congratulations you have instant equity! Here in Texas only the buyer has access to the appraisal and knows how much it appraises for. We just tell the Seller that it met appraisal.
