From our first encounter with Stewart, we were impressed.There are a lot of realtors in the area where we sold, but Stewart quickly gained our trust. He's honest - expect no smarmy salesguy b.s. from Stewart - and he's candid - but he's also savvy and understands the ebbs/flows or a market that can seem confusing and erratic. Stewart also went the extra mile for us - giving us an evaluation of our property before we ever signed with him. He also didn't seem to sleep, responding to our paranoid "will they/won't they" questions about potential buyers within, it seemed, minutes.But mostly - Stewart's just a really good guy who cares about his work and his clients and if we ever sell (or buy) in Moore county again, Stewart is our guy. You just can't teach - or fake - what Stewart delivers.

Buying a home when we lived in Arizona and didnt have a chance to shop in person, was a leap of faith. But our daughter ( who lives in Pinehurst) trusted Stewart, and so did we. Even through the crazy housing scramble, Stewart gave us his attention like we were family and old friends. He was always kind and patient to talk with us despite the three hour time difference. In many ways this move to Pinehurst has been a great change for us and Stewart helped make that a reality.
