I have known Kelly for years, as she helped my parents purchase this house in the '70s and she has helped my wife and me with a home purchase as well. Kelly and Anne are both extremely knowledgeable and they provided the names of trustworthy vendors for home repairs, plumbing, inspections, appraisals, etc. As with any older house, there were a few issues with it during the preparation for putting the house on the market, and Kelly and Anne helped me navigate through all of it so the house was ready and it sold only a couple of days after it was put on the market. I HIGHLY recommend Kelly and Anne if you want to buy or sell a house in the Cary/Apex area. They are fantastic!
