Kelly Chaplin-Dahl is by far the best realtor that we've ever encountered. In listing our property, she had a complete and thorough knowledge of the market as well as the relative position of our specific property in the current market. After assessing our property, she was able to recommend appropriate updates which would facilitate the sale. She provided recommendations for completing any needed improvements and assisted in coordinating them. This level of assistance was invaluable as we were not able to be on site at the time. Kelly priced the property appropriately and sold it at a good price in a slow market within days of listing! Kelly's knowledge of the market, title companies, home inspectors, marketing/photographers/virtual staging, and a variety of improvement resources was incredibly beneficial. The only reason we provided a 5-star rating is that there weren't 6 or more.
