2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
There is SO much more to selling a home than putting it on the MLS. Go with an agent who has done it themselves and who know the intricacies of the sale. Go with an SRS® (seller representative specialist), a PSA (pricing strategy advisor) and a RENE (Real estate negotiation expert).
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
I have been honored to work with everyone from small land deals to multi-million dollar custom homes.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
I helped a military family sell their home after they got my number off a sign a few doors down that I sold a few months ago.

I was born into real estate.
