Kellie was a referral I received from a friend who is on a hiatus from her real-estate business. My husband said that Kellie rubbed him the wrong way right off the bat. We decided to go ahead with her because she encouraged us that she would be full steam ahead. She got the listing up super late Friday night and planned a open house the next day but sent a different agent to host it. When we looked at our listing on Zillow none of the key words we asked for were there and NO WHERE on the listing did it say ANYTHING about the open house. Never the less we did have a showing on Sunday. She also scheduled a showing on Tuesday and the gentleman said it just wasnt really in his price range. Which is fine. So after that she calls us and tells us we need to cut our house down by 60,000. Which makes our house like $80/ Sq ft. 60k not lets cut it by 25. 60 if I saw that I would be like oh crap it needs plumbing fixed or something. Then when we told her that was unreasonable she was like Ill let you guys out of the contract then because I cant have a house sitting like this under my name it makes me look bad. The house had been on the market a week. She called us with so much attitude and was so unprofessional. We asked to be out and told her she wasnt a good fit. She sent the release and we signed it right away. Two days later our listing was still up. When I messaged her she said I needed to sign the release. I told her we had and sent a screen shot of the confirmation saying both parties signed. The next night a friend messaged me and said I cant believe she still has it up. So again I message her. She says aEURoeyou have to sign the mutual releaseaEUR? again I said I sent you proof I had signed it on the 4th. So I sent the proof again and made sure to circle the part that said both parties had signed. She was just extremely rude. After the fact we found out she had sold another home almost exactly like ours but a little smaller for 10k more than we were asking. I would never refer a soul to her. She also talked bad about other relators. I'm not a fan of people who put down others. It means theyre probably talking behind your back.

She is seriously so flexible. The housing market is crazy right now and we were starting to get discouraged looking for a home to fit our family of 8 but Kellie was on it sending us homes and getting us in for viewings right away. She was so helpful with all of our questions and still is since we currently haven't reached closing yet. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
