Hello, and thank you for taking the time to read about me. I have a seasoned knowledge of the Capital Region as I have lived here most of my life. I graduated from Voorheesville High School in 1990. In 1995, I graduated Magna Cum Laude from Siena College with a BA degree. I then moved to Northern Virginia for 2 years where I pursued my graduate studies in Clinical Psychology and obtained my Master's Degree. Although I chose not to work directly in the clinical field of psychology, I found that working with people in a different capacity (real estate) was just as gratifying. I understand that real estate transactions are very emotional, and I work diligently to reduce the stress from the beginning to the end. Whether it be divorce, economic hardship, estate sales, relocations, or just plain old nerves about buying a new home. First and foremost, I have strived to be someone that my clientele and colleagues can put their trust and faith. I attribute my success not only to my passion for real estate, but also to my intuition regarding the psychology of buying and selling. I pride myself on using my negotiating insights to advocate for my clients. I am a proud multi award winning agent, with a proven track record of success. When working with buyers and sellers, my clients can attest to the fact that I am assertive and effective without being too aggressive. A majority of my business comes from repeat clients or referrals. After 16 years in the Real Estate Industry I founded Kellie Kieley Realty (KKR), to give myself the opportunity to offer more to my clients.
