Kellie was fabulous from start to finish. She knew what to look for during walk-throughs, she read the temperature of negotiations shrewdly to know when to push and when to hold, shes a whiz with numbers when evaluating estimates and cost sheets, and jumped in to oversee my communications with the financial institutions even when she wasnt obligated. She took such good care of me. And to top it all off, shes so friendly and easy to get along with. I could t have asked for more.

Kellie was the best to work with. I had been looking for a house, and the other realtors I dealt with called back occasionally, if at all. House I ended up buying, Kellie called back in minutes at 8:30 pm on a Friday. We made arrangements to view the house the very next day. From there, she even helped with a mortgage on a Sunday the day after that. Next, it was non-stop communication, and always following up, and always going out of her way to go to the house personally to ensure things were right as I was out of state during most all of the process. Kellie knows what she is talking about, she actually cares, and she stays in communication. Buy houses from her, save yourself the time and go straight to someone that does it right.
