I have been in the Real Estate industry since 2013 and am currently certified in Luxury Marketing, as well as Trust & Probate, by the California Association of Realtors. I have experience in every aspect of a Real Estate transaction, from transaction coordination, to sales, to mortgage lending, to closing, and everything in between. I have helped over $50 million in happy clients, both buying and selling properties. My team and I together are responsible for over 100 transactions per year and are continuing to grow our portfolio. I want my clients to be with me for the long run, so that I can always be there in the future as their go-to agent. We go above and beyond for our clients and put Real Estate into a new perspective. Community Involvement
I always look for opportunities to give back to my community financially, as well as volunteer in schools and shelters when possible.

Music is something that I really enjoy, and I am always up for some karaoke!
Family
My husband is my number one priority, but second to that come our two black Labrador pups and one very sweet cat. We hope to add children to the pack in the future as well!

1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Always take a look at the surrounding area before purchasing. Check on school ratings, research crime, and proximity to freeways, warehouses, and noisy areas such as airports. This will be very important for your investment in the future!
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
De-cluttering and removing family photos/personal items is the very first step in getting your home ready for the market. You really want to try to create a space where the new buyer can envision themselves living their lives with their families.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
I have worked with many different clients, including those who are: Moving Up, Downsizing, Investing, Relocating, First Time Buyers, First Time Sellers, Probate Sales, Trust Sales, and so many more.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
My favorite recent transaction went something like this: My clients hired an agent at first who was unable to sell their home, or secure their replacement home. After contacting me, I sold their home for even more than they had expected in less than two weeks. Within 1 month, they also closed on their dream home with me, which gave them ample space to expand their family, and a beautiful backyard for their toddler and puppy. They were so grateful, and were a pleasure to help!
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I originally began as a Real Estate Assistant, and worked my way up to becoming a Transaction Coordinator. I also spent time working as a receptionist in a busy real estate office. I learned so many things about industry standards, customer service, marketing, laws, paperwork, and so much more. Then, finally decided that it was time for me to take all of my knowledge and get licensed!
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
Yes, I am certified by the California Association of Realtors in Luxury Marketing, as well as Trust & Probate Sales. Additionally, I am a licensed Loan Officer.
