We recently moved across country and were so pleased with how Kellie Batali supported us through the process of selling our Mirrormont home. We have spoken with Kellie over the years about our house, and when it was time to plan more seriously, she was extremely helpful in prioritizing projects and touches we could finish before listing the house to help maximize its appeal. She had the house staged elegantly and managed all of the marketing perfectly, from timing of the listing to managing offers. We were most concerned with the timing as the market was just opening up again and we would be in transit while the house was listed and offers came in. Kellie has done a great job selling homes for us during not one, but two moves for our family. Our most recent sale came during the summer of 2022, when the real estate market had just stopped cold. I would like to take a moment and explain what a wonderful agent Kellie is. We moved here from out of state last year, and had no idea that the housing market was as hot as it is.
