1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Education is key! Your REALTOR is there to guide you through the process. Every transaction is different and just because your friend or family member had a certain experience, doesn't guarantee you'll have the same experience. I love educating buyers in the process!! Be respectful of the sellers and remember it's still their home until the end of the transaction.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Disclose everything and keep your focus on the forward property. It's so easy to get caught up in the past in and the emotion of selling your family home. Having inspections done prior to listings helps control costs and encourages buyers to write offers with better terms.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
The best part about my job is the people I've worked with.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
They're like kids.....they're all special in their own way and they have something to teach you.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
In 2007, I sold a home and purchased another one. The agent that represented us did a really bad job. I was recruited by the buyers agent that purchased our home.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
I'm especially proud of getting my Brokers license. It's a higher level of commitment of education and training to myself and my clients
