In the difficult situation of having to buy remotely (an ocean away!) in a very tough market, working with Kelli made the entire process so much easier. She had no issues with showing us homes virtually and easily handled the challenges of working with clients remotely. We didn't physically meet her until the day before closing but she was so easy to work with that this posed no problems whatsoever during the process. She knows the area well and gave us excellent advice. She is realistic and practical about what to expect, and we felt well-informed at every step of the process. Even with the 6hr time zone difference, she always responded quickly to our questions and requests. We were pleasantly surprised to have our second offer on a home accepted. I don't think it would have happened without Kelli's guidance since there were 13 other offers. I highly recommend Kelli!

During our initial phase of touring open houses, we came across realtors who aggressively marketed themselves to represent you. We even met with a company who had signage in our prospective area, but felt like we were settling with an agent who wasnt the right fit.We were introduced to Kelli after we toured an open house listed by her colleague Kevin Lee. We were so thankful we were introduced to Kelli! Kellis patience and guidance were instrumental in this incredibly challenging market as first-time homebuyers. It was an emotional rollercoaster at times competing with contingency waivers and bidding wars, but we all stuck together. Kelli is very good at what she does: shows you what to look for as you tour each property, with future resale in mind, and is respected among her network of realtor and real estate transaction colleagues. When she was out of town her colleagues (Kevin Lee and Barb Seely) stepped in for showings. What a strong team!
