You loathe typical real estate bios! No worries-I do too! Instead of boasting about awards, accomplishments, and all the info you're not interested in, I'll take a different approach of actually giving you what you want--REAL answers to questions that mean something to YOU! Will you return my calls and emails?? YES, without question! I realize that this is one of the major frustrations with any service provider. I get dozens of calls and emails daily, and I work hard to reply as quickly as possible! I've met with many realtors that are jerks. Are you? Depends on who you ask! If you ask certain agents that tried to stand between my clients and their real estate needs, they would probably say "yes". On the other hand, there are a handful of people think I leave golden footprints in the sand! Those are two extremes, and most people's opinion falls somewhere in the middle. Here is what I can tell you--I am honest and candid. I take pride in being approachable and friendly. If you need a quick real estate question answered, or a strong dose of honesty, you're in the right place. Loyalty to family, clients, and friends is one of my core values. Do you have experience doing what I need? Until you tell me, there is no way of knowing. If I don't know or can't help, I'll move Heaven and Earth to find someone that can answer our questions. Kelli was amazing. We had a tough go at finding a house with our VA Loan for a bit but Kelli and her Husband made things happen. They were so sweet and kind the the personal and work connections they had helped us find our first home! We love our little house and have already started doing updates and changes all thanks to Kelli. The Chabots are kind, sweet, understanding and many other great personal qualities (I could go on forever). As far as work qualities they are both for progressional, knowledgeable and proactive! They really fight for what is best for you and your family. The entire process Kelli kept in mind that we have a baby and what would be best for us not what was the easiest or quickest. She really took her time and made sure things were right for us! We can not thank Kelli enough!!

Kelli and her team were absolutely amazing! Our personal realtor was Aubri Blaize and she is remarkable. Aubri was more support than we could have ever asked for. We were first time homebuyers and Aubri was more than happy to show us multiple homes, help us make our offer more competitive, walk us through the homebuying process, and answer any questions we had. Aubri was also great because her attitude and personality make what could be a stressful situation, fun. We worked with Kelli on selling our old home (in one day) and buying our new home. Her responsiveness and knowledge would be tough to find anywhere else. She isn't pushy and she allows you to make your own opinion on a house while showing it. We looked at houses for about 2 years and she displayed only professionalism and grace knowing that it was a huge decision on our end. Finding a house that we love was her bottom line.
