She followed up as necessary to make sure they all did quality work. She scheduled numerous open houses. She handled the details of the sale including the closing flawlessly. The house went on the market in October 2023 and the closing was December 7. At times the market seemed dead as interest rates reached 8 per cent. Kelli was undeterred. She also demonstrated great skill in guiding me through the difficult process of preparing the home for sale. She never got down and lifted my spirits when there was minimal interest in the property.
