Kelley Saam is a Realtor who got her start in 2014. She specializes in working with first time home buyers, residential properties, land, and commercial sales. She holds a bachelor's degree from Toledo University in Early Childhood and worked in that field for 15 plus years before attending Hondros Real Estate College. In 2017 Kelley was awarded the OAR President's Sales Club award. Kelley is married to Alex Saam Jr., with whom she has four children: Emily, Madison, Drew, and Lindsey. Her hobbies are photography and wreath-making. She loves to spend time with her family and in her spare time volunteers at local community events. Homes are selling at a fast rate right now. It is the time to sell if you are wanting the best return on your investment. Let me help you learn what the market is doing in your area.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
I have worked with a variety of clients. I have helped walk first time home buyers with the process of buying a home. Worked with Sellers wanting to move to a bigger home to Sellers looking to downsize. I have also helped out of town or out of State clients sell their property that they are no longer needing.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
I am fond of all my transactions! Each one is unique and I have learned from each one. Along with making new friends.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I have all ways had an interest in homes. It started when I sold my first home. It was a home we had put a lot of work into. I Love to find the potential in old homes and see how they can be changed into homes people love.
