Professional, honest, reliable, communicative, patient, punctual - all the attributes and more of someone one would want to interact and do business with. Particularly if it is one for the long haul and one which is one of the biggest investments in one's lifetime, like buying a house. I was a first-time home buyer, someone who has been watching the markets, saving my money for down payment and is ready to make the leap towards home ownership. Except I was very afraid of the nerve wrecking process, simply because I was not educated on how real estate and home buying goes. We have used Kelley on multiple sales and purchases now. She is constantly looking out for us. Offering suggestions about homes we are looking at, thinking outside of the box and being honest about what the market is looking like.
