I had the pleasure of working with Kelley to sell my mothers house. I have had to move several times with my career and I have to say that Kelly is the best agent I have ever worked with. We interviewed several agents and we had agents that did little comp work, agents that quoted higher than reasonable asking price even though their comps didn;t support them. Of all the agents Kelley was the first to bring her comps with her look at the house and point out potential issues and then discuss pricing with us. We felt Kelley was the first to do what an agent should do and talk straight. We felt she was the right person after our first meeting. As soon as we discussed our expectations and reached a listing price Kelley went right to work. Kelley even brought us some supplies while we were sidelined for a brief period with Covid. Once we made the listing live the house sold in a few days for above asking. Kelley was helpful in all areas of the sale process with help and advice on the different things we needed to do. Kelley was excellent at communicating with us and very responsive. Kelley answered all calls promptly and even advised if with another client and promptly returned the call. I would highly recommend Kelley looking for a buying or selling agent.
