ZillowVERIFIEDMy first experience working with Kelley, she assisted me in finding tenants that always paid their rent on time. At that time, I wasn't aware that she was a full time real estate agent. I found that she was very thorough in her vetting process and followed through with everything, and continued to stay in touch and keep me informed over the years. In 2020 the property caught fire and Kelley assisted me in handling the insurance company and the rebuilding of the property including vetting the contractor to rebuild it. Most recently, Kelley represented me in the sale of that home in the end of 2023. Again, she followed through and even though there was a delay in closing, due to a system-wide breach of the lenders, Kelley stayed on top of everything and everything closed smoothly after that. I depended a lot on Kelley, and to put it frankly, if ever I was in a crisis again, I would want Kelley on my side.
