1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Get with a lender ahead of time, you will need a pre-approval letter. The pre-approval letter will let you know what your spending limits are when shopping for a home.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Clear out the clutter before listing. Too many personal items or lots of clutter will keep a buyer from being able to adequately see the home during a showing. Less is more!
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
I have worked with all ages of clients from 18 to 100 years old. Having taken addition training to identify the particular needs of first-time home buyers to seniors ready to downsize.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
Every client is special, my greatest reward is having the opportunity to help my clients, and always making new friends along the way.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
After 30 years in customer service, I switched to real estate. I loved selling real estate so much, I bought the company!
