It started off with a introductory call between the Walker Team and us, where they listened carefully to our needs and expectations. They then explained to us the current market conditions and what we could expect going in. The process was very streamlined. We looked up listings on popular sites (MLS, Zillow, Redfin) and passed on to them. If no open houses were on schedule, their team would setup an appointment for private viewing and Adam B. would join us for the same. (even on weekdays!!!). Adam also accompanied us on open houses. Within a few viewings, the team was able to understand our requirements and Adam recommended the house we ended up buying. The entire team was very responsive and patient with all our questions. For every offer we decided to put in, Keith and Kris as buyer agents would spend an hour with us going over each and every detail in the disclosure packet, help us understand the VALUE of the house by providing DOLLAR AMOUNTs required to fix / repair items listed in the disclosure. We found this very helpful as it gave us a sense of the true cost and we were comfortable knowing that there wont be any surprises after we had closed the deal.
