I bought my first house at the age of 24 with Erik's help in San Jose. I came upon his name after a google search. I read reviews and began calling realtors one by one. Erik stood out from the rest as he answered his phone on the first call. He explained he was with a client at the moment and that he would give me a call back shortly. His ability to consistency be reachable and "in the now" work ethic is what made him an asset all the way back in 2010 and still rings true today. Fast forward to November of last year 2020 where Erik has helped my husband and I purchase our third house now. In 2017 when purchasing our second home in Hayward Erik was the key person who made the sale happen. He went above and beyond by anticipating possible issues and being prepared for them. His actions on this topic is what made the whole deal work out in the end. For our recent purchase last year the seller was not using an agent and was a unique situation to deal with and negotiate with. Eric provided me with the aid and expertise everyone should have when dealing in real estate. Do not hesitate in going with Eric as he on top of his game. He knows who to contact for all types of work and how to communicate between all parties involved. In today's market you need a realtor who can show you a place the same day or next day and be able to submit an offer on the place the next day or so. This came to play with our second purchase where I called him on a Thursday afternoon and he was able to show us the place the next day on a Friday. Two days later on Sunday we told him to put in an offer and by Monday, the next day, we had an offer on the home. The fact that Eric was reachable to the sellers and we had our paperwork all in line was a great advantage for us and the sellers took note of our preparedness. I'm now 36 and with friends entering the buying market and I always refer Eric as he anticipates issues, relates to people easily, knows where and how to solve problems, can ease your worries, gives it to you straight, is professional, keeps you legally protected and is there for his clients. Think no further and call him now. He hasn't failed me for the last 11 years and 3 houses later which is something in itself.

Over the course of several months from selling to buying a new home, we bombarded Shaili with lots of questions at all times during the day, some really tough ones.
