We are Keith and Kim Squires, a Husband and Wife Real Estate Team who haven't forgotten that this is a "people business" first and foremost. We are the parents of four sons, so we can absolutely relate to needing more space, and understand that your budget or price range is what we base our showings on... we will never try to up-sell you or show you homes outside of your Financial comfort zone. Before becoming a licensed Realtor, I have been in the sales and service industry for over 30 years. My career has had me working with people from all over the world on a weekly basis. I have always been able to get along and work with a variety of personalities. I was a renter for many years, but through working hard, and being financially responsible, was finally able to purchase my first home. The reward of being able to provide a home for my wife and children that was ours, was truly excellent. It was such a great feeling, that I would like to help others experience it for themselves. I bring these traits, as well as a desire to help people find a place that will be more than a house, but rather, a home where their lives can happen.

Wish I could give more than 5 stars! Keith and Kimmy not only helped me buy my first home in 2019 they also helped me sell it above asking price 5 years later! Going into home ownership was scary and unknown territory but with Kieths confident no nonsense way and Kimmys motherly nature I knew I was in good hands and they exceeded all expectations! Fast forward 5 years and there was no one else to call but THE BEST Realty duo in NJ! AGAIN they showed up and showed out!!!! So many Thanks to these two and wishing them a lifetime of success!

What cant I say about Keith and Kimmy. Not only were they reliable through the entire process, quick to meet for the initial sit down but were very responsive to set up house showings and easy to work with. Very personal, make you feel like you have known them for years, definitely leaving you with new friends at closing. 10/10 would recommend
