Keith and Kimmy did an amazing job helping us find our dream home. We were up in the air for awhile trying to decide whether to build or buy leaving Keith hanging in limbo for some time. He never pressured us, but continued to send us houses in the meantime that met our criteria. Ultimately we decided to buy a beautiful house. Keith and Kimmy made the process as easy as possible. The house is titled in the name of my sisters Trust. She is in assisted living in FL and I am Trustee and POA for her, I live in SC. The Squires were recommended to me through a friend of my nephew. We cannot thank them enough for all they did. They are amazing! The house went on the market, we had two offers, we chose what was best for my sister. Settlement in 15 days. Great for us! The Squires family vacation was the same time as settlement. Kim was on the phone with me that day from her hotel! I do want to thank the Squires children for their patience on their first day of vacation as their parents helped our family complete the sale of my sisters house!??

If you are looking to buy or sell a property, I highly recommend the Squires Team! They were knowledgeable about the home selling and buying process and helped me navigate through each step. Both Keith and Kimmy were patient with me when I had questions or when I was hesitant about when to put my home on the market. Additionally, they were both quick to respond to a text or email any time of day. Also, they both listened to my "wish list" and only showed me properties that fit my criteria. I valued their input when looking at homes, too. They were very honest and never pressured me to buy a home that wasn't right for me and my family.
