We are Keith and Kim Squires, a Husband and Wife Real Estate Team who haven't forgotten that this is a "people business" first and foremost. We are the parents of four sons, so we can absolutely relate to needing more space, and understand that your budget or price range is what we base our showings on... we will never try to up-sell you or show you homes outside of your Financial comfort zone. Before becoming a licensed Realtor, I have been in the sales and service industry for over 30 years. My career has had me working with people from all over the world on a weekly basis. I have always been able to get along and work with a variety of personalities. I was a renter for many years, but through working hard, and being financially responsible, was finally able to purchase my first home. The reward of being able to provide a home for my wife and children that was ours, was truly excellent. It was such a great feeling, that I would like to help others experience it for themselves. I bring these traits, as well as a desire to help people find a place that will be more than a house, but rather, a home where their lives can happen.

Keith and Kimberly were great assets to be involved with. It took my wife and I about a year to find the proper house during a very difficult market. We literally had Keith showing us houses just about every week. I would often think we were troubling Keith too much because we were very picky. Keith assured us that was not the case. He even told us that it was a pleasure showing us houses. He showed us absolutely no pressure about settling for house because he realizes how an important decision this is. My husband and I were under a major time crunch to move from Texas to the South Jersey area after he matched into surgical residency in the area. Thankfully Keith and his wife Kimberly were recommended to us by another couple who had been through a similar home buying experience one year prior and they did not disappoint! It's no secret that this market is crazy right now. Then tack on needing to find a house in under a month in a completely unfamiliar area AND being first time home buyers. Needless to say it was a stressful time for us. But Keith was so responsive and so friendly and really put our best interest first in order to find our very first home! We trusted him immediately to steer us to the right neighborhoods and help find a home that met the majority of our qualifications.
