He was super knowledgeable about the area. He asked us a lot of questions so he knew what recommendations he needed to give. He was confident in negotiations when I was ready to give in he stood strong and ended up getting us what we wanted. When we settled on a fixer upper, he was able to give us great recommendations on contractors etc. Keith went above and beyondaEUR|and his staff did as well.
