If I could give 10 stars, I would gladly! Keith and Kris Myers are the best! I found them through a referral from a well-known "financial guru" who recommended them as the top sellers in the Granada Hills area where we were selling our parents' home. At the first meeting, Keith set us at ease, was straight-forward with all conversation, and answered our questions competently and with a sincerity that gave us the impression that he would be trustworthy and comfortable to work with. He and his wife, Kris, make a wonderful team. Keith is a great "people person" and is expert in advising, strategizing, and negotiating the sale, as well as interpreting all the paperwork and buyer's and seller's issues. Kris has a great eye for staging and all sorts of resources up her sleeve to prepare the home to show at its best. They were ALWAYS available for questions and clarification of all aspects of the selling process and they were easy to talk with, like talking with good friends. Our sale was very complicated with probate issues, lawyers and tax specialists, and we were required to use a specific escrow company with which the probate lawyer was working. It was further burdened in that our buyer's loan company created a long string of hoops for the buyer to jump through, and we put the house on the market in late March, just as the country was shutting down with COVID. During the entire process, Keith and Kris easily "rolled" with whatever unforeseen circumstance came along. They stayed steadily confident in their knowledge and experience with home sales and gently, patiently, and encouragingly walked us through the whole process week by week and day by day. They had great contacts for handyman work which we used with marvelous results. Keith and Kris Myers are simply the best! They know how to get top dollar (they priced the home well, and got the full listing price), with minimum expense on our part. They are true professionals - yet at the same time they are friendly, easy-going and made our home-selling experience comfortable and successful (even in the middle of a pandemic!)

I am not sure what you are looking for but, it is not fair to consumers to write feed that you like. My experience with this agent is not Positive;If you look at the Zillow pictures of the property it includes a picture of washer and Dryer exclusively for Washer/dryer. It also states "New stainless Steel Appliances in the Kitchen" well after the sale was closed, the seller took the washer/dryer and the refrigerator. The agent did walkthrough without us (buyers) because of CORORNA we could not travel and we asked for one week so our son can go do the walkthrough.this is our issue: The agents (being our buyer agents)never ever talked to us that washer/dryer and regrigerator is not included. this is buyer agent duty to do that per our research with many Realtor. They took advantage of our trust and this is not proper behavior by any standard. They took advantage of our situation and our trust on them.
