Keith is the best agent I ever worked with in my several house selling/buying deals. I initially hired him as my seller's agent. In a very difficult time of corona virus pandemic he was able to find a prospective buyers and arrange showings for my house on daily basis and sometimes a couple times a day. His efforts paid well by selling my house at the listing price. Then I hired him as a buyer's agent. It was a rougher ride due to some issues of the house I selected, but Keith solve them one after another always with an uplifting attitude and unwavering belief in positive end. Finally I bought the house I really wanted and I can say thankfully to the Keith's drive to the successful end. Highly recommend him for either selling or buying agent.

Had buyer in 3 days. Keith has a great personality and has motivation to work for you. Would hire him again in a second. Very satisfied with the company and the fast timeline of the closing.

I cannot gush enough about Keith. He was professional yet kind and compassionate to our plight. He came into a unique situation with my aging mother ( slight dementia) and her very large demands. He handled it with grace and ease. He made some suggestions to get her house ready for sale and I was all too happy when he took my lead and suggested that 90% of her hoarded items must go and the walls could be painted a nice neutral color instead of the dark blues that she currently had. Once the work was done, he had a professional photographer come in for the photos, no dilly dallying, the house was posted for sale in his company and on line. The house sold sight unseen in 3 hours! He stayed and walked with us thru the whole process. He picked up his phone every time I had a question and he even helped navigate me thru the on line signing of papers. Picked us up for the closing and brought us to the bank with the check! From A to Z he was a prince. I would highly recommend him for selling your property. He was our good luck charm. Also, he cut his commission price as my mom is elderly and on a very fixed income. He is the real deal.
