We came across Keith after going through a few other agents. Every other agent had claimed to work well with first time buyers and would do whatever it took to make our first purchase perfect. None were able to follow through. Keith, however, saw our vision from the very beginning. We told him that we wanted a home with some character, something with some quirks. Every single house that we saw had something special in it. Us being very picky, had to look at a lot of houses before we found the perfect one. Keith was able to be extremely flexible with our schedules. Even making some last second appointments for us. Every time he would greet us with a surprise listing that we never considered. The more we worked with him, the more he saw our vision. After over a month of trying to find our home, we came across this listing. From the moment we pulled up we already knew. We knew that Keith felt the same way. We told him that this was the house and he got to work immediately. He had us get pre qualified a few weeks prior, so the next steps were easy. He gave us every update as soon as they came in. He called us during work to make sure that we could get in this house. He explained every single little detail to make it as easy as possible for us to understand. After a few days of seeing if our offer would be accepted, Keith had text around 9pm asking if we could give him a call. We called immediately. He toyed with us for a little bit as we are on the edge of our seats trying to figure out if we got into our dream home. But it made it so much more relieving to hear the good news that our offer was accepted. After that was getting the good news was the inspection and waiting on the mortgage to go through. We were told by friends and family to go with our own inspectors. So we did our research and the inspector that Keith had recommended was fantastic. Another person to look at every single detail and then break it down as simple as possible to make sure we knew exactly what we were looking at. Every second working with Keith was a pleasure. He answered every single question we had, sometimes before we even asked. He broke everything down in to easy to understand information. He understood our vision from the very beginning. He was open and able to work with us at almost any time. I would love to work with him again, but hopefully we don't have to for a very long time.
