1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Get pre-qualified first. I spend time discussing the type of home and setting you desire; a home that will suit your personal, financial and family needs. Your valuable time is spent reviewing properties suited only to your specifications.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Less is Best! Pack/store as many personal items as possible so potential buyers can see themselves with their belonging in the house.
My marketing programs create the most interest and reach the largest possible market. Attention to detail results in a successful, stress-free transaction.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
All types. First time home buyers, sellers, relocation, investment properties such as multiple unit buildings and land.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
30 years of Marketing, Management and Sales experience. I'm a native Californian from Santa Clara County. Formerly the CEO of the Bay Area's largest independent pastry wholesaler, an original fifties diner, and a national motorcycle parts company, I've been involved in business development, contract negotiations and credit management my entire career.
