I met Keith touring a different house. After reviewing other listings I was interested in he agreed to represent me as a buyers agent. I gave him the contact information for the sellers agent for the house I was interested in. He contracted the agent and agreed to bring Keith in. Keith then took my family and I on a tour of the home. My family decided it was the house we wanted. Keith and I drew up a contract and offer to send to the sellers agent. Once the sellers accepted the contract and offer, Keith had the inspection scheduled so that I could be present. After the inspection we walked through the entire form step by step. Keith documented everything I wanted the sellers to repair. Once the repairs were compete Keith sent me pictures to ensure they were completed to my comfort. Keith kept me updated on the appraisal Process after the repairs were completely done Keith continuously kept in touch with me and helped me with any questions I had along the process. He was very professional, always on time, he made me feel comfortable throughout the process, and he was very polite. Out of all of the Realtors I have worked with in the past Keith was the most professional and easiest to communicate with.
