He did great talking to people. We lucked out and found a buyer I felt like since he was representing both buyer and seller that he was more concerned with the buyers needs and wants before mine. He tried to pressure me into giving into what buyers wanted. The closing was aweful I did not get my money until 3-4 days later it was a mess The title company really screwed stuff up.

Keith did a good job of promoting our property. One part of the sale was a learning experience for both us and Keith. He did several things over and above the norm for us during the sale. We were very pleased with the job he did.
