What clients say about this agent....
Keith is a pro! He knows the area well, was always available, day or night, and worked hard to sell our old home and help us find our new home! Thank you, Keith!
Keith took the time to get this house sold, even when it meant giving up personal time for meeting craftsmen and helping with color palettes and decorating suggestions.. Great job Keith, and thank you!
Keith was a very good agent. He was very knowledgeable about the business and the real estate market especially in the area that our property was located. Everything ran very smoothly with no unexpected issues or problems. Both my wife and I were very satisfied and are glad we chose him to represent us.
Keith was a great help, professional, thourough, and detailed. Keith made sure I was comfortable and satisfied with the home buying experience. A pleasure to work with.
The best I ever worked with. Honest, caring, knowledgeable, and gets the job done the way it should be. In the middle of winter he had three buyers within a two week time frame, and my house was sold. I got exactly what I asked for. One of the things I leaked the most was he always answered your calls promptly. Never made you feel like your question was a dumb one.
This past fall, my father at age 91, was forced to put his home on the market after my mother died suddenly and relocate to his daughter's home five hours away. Keith had sold my mother-in-law's home six years ago and we came back to him again because of our positive experience with him in the past. Once again, Keith gave us good, solid advice based on his knowledge of the area and was very supportive and always positive and hopeful throughout the entire process of selling the home. His communication skills were excellent with all the members of our family- since selling the house became a "family project". He was empathetic to our needs and always had my Dad's best interest at heart. I trusted him completely from when to accept an offer to how to complete the forms long distance for the closing. Although trying to sell a home can be a very trying time, I always felt we were in good hands with Keith.
This time selling a house (we've bought and sold 4 others), we decided to interview realtors to get a feel for what they knew and what kind of worker they were. Keith knocked it out of the park with the presentation material he brought with him and how prepared he was to potentially list our house. Because of that and the fact that he hires a professional photographer to take all his pictures, we stopped interviewing after we talked to him and went with his firm.Keith knew the area where we were selling our house very well and righfully convinced us to list at a reasonable price (we sold the house for only about $4,000 less than we listed it), and he did a very good job of negotiating with us and the buyers to write a contract after our house was only on the market for 8 days. However, whether it was Keith's fault or not, the photographer didn't actually get to our house to take pictures until about 7 days after listed it, so from the start, we actually provided our own personal pictures of the property for the initial listing, which is what the eventual buyers saw when they decided to view then write a contract on the house.During the negotiations, Keith seemed to not respond to my wife's e-mail inquiries and phone calls as promptly and consistently as he did to mine, which we would've liked to see a little more even-keeled. It left me having to make calls and send e-mails during work hours when it was not always convenient.to do so.Although it was easily correctable, my name was spelled wrong on the first contract we were asked to sign for the sale of the house, which was blamed on the other realtor, but then the next version had someone else's first name and my last name. The first name was incorrect altogether. While it may or may not have been Keith's fault, I think something that obvious should've been caught by him before we sat down to read and sign the contract. All in all Keith was a good realtor and as I said to him later on, I think we gave him a pretty decent home to sell and the rest took care of itself. Keith was very friendly and cordial to both me and my wife and he actually went out of his way to ship a garment bag (with 2 suits in it) back to us after we left it in our old house. To me, that was going above and beyond and I appreciate that kind of customer service.
Sold our house in Moon Township for approximately $173,000.Keith is an excellent realtor~ we have known and worked with him on other properties for the past 20 years. We have recommended him to others, and they have been as satisfied as we have with his expertise and insight.
Keith was an excellent realtor who communicated everything effectively and efficiently! Our purchase and sale went very smoothly because of Keith's expertise! One of the things I appreciated the most was that although I knew Keith was working with other people, when he talked with me, I never felt that I did not have his full attention. Keith is very detailed oriented and I would recommend him to everyone and anyone! In fact, I already have!
Keith was great to work with. House was listed the next day after meeting with him, priced aggressively due to my timeline, and sold quickly. This was my first house selling and Keith was outstanding during the closing process. His high level of communication through out was also refreshing. Thank You..
