When I signed the listing with the Degnan group, they responded immediately taking better pictures and sprucing up the listing I had made on Zillow. But that was the last face to face encounter I had until closing.To my knowledge no Key realty associates showed my house. All the showings were done by agents from other agencies. That could be the nature of modern real estate sales, but it did not sit well with me. They always answered my question in a timely fashion, but did not volunteer things. And sometimes the answers seemed different from the last ones. I received very little coaching, like how to deal with the utilities, etc. So in summary yes they did get my house sold, but I do not think I would use them again
