We recently moved to Florida from Colorado and needed help finding a home in a great location for our children. Knowing nothing about the area he was able to help us out and make suggestions on great areas. He was honest and provided feedback when costs were too high and maybe out of range. He also provided great input on realistic future costs with homes we looked at, i.e. needs repairs and possible approval issues if the home needs too much fixing up. Things of that nature. We also needed assistance finding the right bank and loan officer. He helped with all of the above. He is straightforward and puts the facts out there so there are no surprises.
