Did only basic, did not negotiate or represent well in my experience I paid $105,000 for a property that's worth $69,000 she did not research well enough to even get the price below $90,000 seem like I was always rush due to her scheduling in more influential area which if I could give her a 0 I would. My home did not include what the people advertise she dropped the ball seem like the area and income was beneath her to deal with and more so had me paying the price the owner at the time basically asked for as if she worked for them and not me who hired her. I wish I had a well represented agent she was totally difficult to me in my opinion and did not negotiate attitude was basically hey if you want we giving what you ask to the seller demeanor $69,000 home I paid $105,000 that's says a lot plus rushing everytime we meet. Give her a 0 This is my view/experience/opinion with this agent.
