It’s important to work with a realtor who will take the time to run a thorough market analysis and provide comparable comps to ensure your home is priced right. Additionally, choose a realtor who will actively host open houses, stay in regular contact with you, and has experience with effective marketing, especially online. A well-executed strategy can make all the difference in selling your home successfully.
