My experience with Mrs. Jasmine as a first time home buyer was unsatisfactory. I'm grateful that I was able to close but she was not very helpful throughout the process. She came an hour late to my initial walk through and even came late to the lawyers office for the closing. At the initial walk through we walked into a home that looked as if someone was secretly living there. She claimed the house had been deep cleaned prior but I have pictures to prove otherwise. Super unprofessional and towards the end we did not trust this woman at all. If I could do it all over again I would chose a different agent. It was insane how she was so worried about us being late to the closing when she was late herself. She raised her voice and made me feel like she was threatening us on how much we would lose if we did not show up at the closing at our final walk through. I cried in the garage after confronting her because she made me feel as though I needed to be happy with all of her aEURoeeffortsaEUR? when I was clearly unhappy. I put all of my savings into this home that I want to love but todays closing process was an experience I will never forget.
