I was working with the agent who managed the property when I decided to sell it. When the tenant moved out, she charged me an arm and a leg to get the property ready for a new tenant or sell the house. She didnt put any effort into neither renting the house nor sell it. Since I am an absentee owner, I dont even think she did any repairs on the property based on the photos Kayante later provided us. After I fired her , I was a little skeptical that I would find someone trustworthy to list the house since she was my second bad experience with a real estate firm in the area. Luckily, the Providence connected me with Kayante Briscoe. I was pleasantly surprised by his professionalism,expertise , and responsiveness. Kayante was a pleasure to work with.
