My Mission Statement: "I will provide the Highest Level of Service, Reliability and Integrity because I am ALWAYS working with YOUR best interest in mind!" Choosing the right Realtor can be a bit confusing sometimes. I know this first hand because I bought and sold many homes before I decided to become a Realtor myself. My mission statement sums up how I handle each and every client and my client testimonials will speak for themselves. Buying a home is one of the biggest decisions and investments you can make. Think of how much easier it would be to have a qualified professional to guide you through each step of the way. A professional who will listen to your wants, needs and budget so I can put you in that special place you can call home. A Professional who will give each client the highest level of Premier Service desired. I moved to Peachtree City in Fayette County, Georgia from Dallas, Texas in July of 1995 with my husband Jim and our son Kyle. On the weekends when not busy with ballgames, school activities and all of life's fun activities, we looked at homes. It was a hobby we grew to love. As a matter of fact, if anyone of my friends were thinking of looking for a home, they would say "Call Kay" she's probably already seen it and can tell you all about it and they were right. My hobby became a passion and my passion became a reality. In the spring of 2003, I became a full time Realtor and I have lived this passion for 14 years now. I completed my pre & post licensed Real Estate course at the Better Homes & Garden Real Estate Metro Brokers Academy and in July of 2003 I was off and running. My first full month in Real Estate, I was the top listing agent in our office. My first full year in Real Estate, I was one of the top sales agents in our office. This was no small feat but my hard work and dedication to listening to clients needs has kept me at the top of my game. Education is the key to staying on top of this ever evolving market. Since being licensed in 2003, I have received many additional education hours over, above and beyond the requirements.
