Kay went over and above to get our house sold. She and her team worked late evenings and early mornings to keep things on track even though the transaction just seemed like it wasn't meant to be. We had the unique opportunity to use Kay as a realtor from the position of a buyer and then later as a seller. This instance we were the sellers. From both perspectives though, we found Kay to a be a very knowledgeable and professional realtor. I called her after hours and on the weekends and she was always amenable to talk and answer questions. She made me comfortable talking to her and never made me feel like I was imposing on her. She has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to real estate. She came up with a strategy to sell the property but always let us know it was our choice. If we wanted to go a different direction, she was okay with it. When she did not know the answer to a question, she had contacts who did and would get back to us after talking to them. She made a very stressful experience in selling a house a lot more tolerable knowing she was on our side. If the situation comes up, we would certainly use her again with no reservations.
